Cool Pet Pad and Chillz Get Mat - What's the difference?
While both our Cool Pet Pad and Chillz Gel Pads provide your pet with a cool place to relax, there are some key differences between the two products. Our Cool Pet Pads are a more "premium" product. It has a firmer gel that prevents the gel from moving when your pet is lying on it. This will provide a more cushioned surface than the Chillz pad as it will prevent your pet from feeling the floor or the surface the pad is on. Cool Pet pads also feature reinforced edges for extra protection against potential rips or tears. We also make a case designed specifically for the Cool Pet Pad size. These caps are not compatible with the dimensions of Chillz pads. The Chillz Pad can be seen as a more affordable alternative to the Cool Pet Pad.
Over time, your pet's body temperature may cause the mat to heat up. When warming occurs, remove the pet from the mat. Place the pad in an area where room temperature (ambient air) will cool and charge the cooling pad.
Cleaning and Storage Instructions: Use a soft cloth. Clean with mild soap and wipe clean with warm water. Allow to dry completely before use or storage. Store in a cool dry place. If long-term storage is planned, sealing the product in the provided plastic bag may extend its useful life.
Green Pet Shop cannot provide replacement products under warranty without photo proof of damage and date documents showing the date of purchase. 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty.
This product is not suitable for consumption. While the gel is non-toxic, if your pet has ingested any part of the Chillz Gel Pad, we always recommend that you take it to the veterinarian. In some cases, allergic reactions may occur that can affect your pet's health. If your pet is prone to chewing, do not use the Chillz Gel Pads unattended.
Do not expose Chillz gel pads to direct sunlight or high temperatures, as this will affect the performance of the product.
